From August 1st, 2011 - August 30th, 2011 you can receive the Golden Woman as DLC by Nintendo. So for the whole month of August if you're connected to WiiConnect24, your Wii system should automatically receive the DLC when you start up your Animal Crossing: City Folk / Let's Go to the City. The Golden Woman is currently available in most other regions. The letter that you receive when you get your Golden Woman reads in North America:
