The website for the Nintendo 3DS Conference on September 13th is up and live on Nintendo's Japanese website. The website mentions Ustream, so that means it'll be a live conference with media. So if you don't understand Japanese, we'll at least get to view the media live and translators will translate the conference into our language afterwards!
